We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is looking to further their career within small yet growing family owned pub company. You'll be a team player, a strong leader and have a passion for delivering top hospitality to a growing local customer base.
You will support the General Manager in ordering from our suppliers, whilst ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained; maintain health and safety and cleanliness of the pub; deal with staff rotas and customer inquiries in the General Managers absence.
Our Assistant Manager would need to have a ‘can do’ attitude, lead from the front, be passionate about beer and food and understand the importance of great service.
We are looking for outstanding talent who should have:
At least 12 months experience in a similar position
A full working visa
A bubbly, friendly personality
A natural flare as a host to deliver excellent service
Be positive, friendly, helpful and professional even when working under pressure
