Simmons Bars are looking for Assistant General Managers!
We are a rapidly expanding group of high volume bars based in Central London (current site portfolio includes Soho, King's Cross, Camden Town, Liverpool Street, Fulham, Fitzrovia, Euston Square, Mornington Crescent, Temple, Tower Bridge) and have 4 sites due to open within the next two months (bringing the total to 14) as well as numerous others planned for the rest of the year. As such we require strong Assistant General Managers to join our ever expanding team!
A suitable candidate would:
- Have a proven track record of managing high volume sites.
- Possess excellent self-organisation and time management skills.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the industry as a whole as well as cocktails, Beers and wines.
- Have an outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Be a confident team leader.
- Have good bartending skills and cocktail knowledge.
- Hold a proficient level of IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook etc).
- Be self sufficient and skilled at problem solving.
