Opening in the buzzing centre of Covent Garden, this is YOURopportunity to be part of one of the most exciting openings this year.
The Role`s Requirements

**CHINESE SPEAKER**AGM or Senior Restaurant Manager with extensive experience in high volumes and upscale/ high end environments, preferably Asian/Pan Asian or Modern Chinese.
Eye for details and guest/service orientated. Quality and Consistency at your top priority.
Strong back office skills required with Excel and Outlook along with advance knowledge of FnB shop, Fourth Hospitality and POS (Point One)
Organisation and time management are a MUST!
Being able to perform within budgets, assisting the GM in controlling costs and driving sells.
A strong communicator with both FOH and BOH, in particular, assisting with Chinese communication with Chefs and BOH team.
Full awareness and admin of H and S, Fire, and Food Safety compliances plus maintenance.
Being able to oversee and manage rotas and calendar holidays.
Fully accountable for the smooth service flow, cleanliness of the restaurant and conduct of colleagues whilst running the service and in the absence of the GM.
Ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to.

The ideal Assistant General Manager, would be comfortable working in fast-paced environment with also high turnover and enjoy being part of that “buzzing” vibe around the restaurant at all time.
