Delamina will be the second restaurant in our group and sister restaurant to the successful Strut and Cluck in Shoreditch. The restaurant will seat 80-covers over two floors and will offer a family feel, relaxed lunch, dinner and brunch concept, serving a range of freshly prepared Eastern Mediterranean fusion dishes.
Our managers are the real face, energy and passion on the floor and always lead and motivate the team to provide our high level of fun and friendly service.
Potential candidates must be able to demonstrate a stable background gained in 'fresh food led', casual dining restaurants.
