Assistant Chef. New opening
A new health kitchen/café located within a state of the art yoga and fitness facility has an immediate vacancy for an assistant chef (CDP level).
Open all day every day the kitchen serves breakfasts, snacks, cakes, pastries, artisan coffees, a holistic all day menu including salad and juice bar and daily specials. Menus are fresh, organic, simple and contemporary and include raw, vegan, gluten free, High carb, protein fix and detox dishes with the accent on health and wellbeing
The kitchen is open theatre so courteous and professional behaviour is required at all times.
Customers include sport and fitness enthusiasts, members attending fitness classes and the general public,
The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience in a similar busy fresh food café outlet with a passion for food and an interest in healthy eating.
 
Salary: £8 to £10 an hour.
