My client is the commercial arm of a prestigious university in London offering high level consultancy and training services.
Due to an expanding department , we require an Assistant Accountant to start as soon as possible to assist the Finance Manager and Finance Director in a wide range of duties from transactional support to prep of year end.
The role involves accounts maintenance up to and including month end and beyond. You'd also be helping with some financial and management accounts. We consider someone that has maybe recently started studying and is at the beginning of Part Qual status would suit this role. Study help and progression is a feature of this employer.
Duties also include helping with annual audit file , assist with preparing the monthly board pack , prep and processing of journals , analysis and reporting of payroll , pensions , expenses - UK and overseas.
The role is an immediate start or as quick as your notice period will allow ( following a registration and interview process here at Tricorn).
Good Excel required , excellent command English is also a must. If you happen to speak Spanish as well - please let us know. This is not essential.
Permanent salary when offered would be between £26-29 k per annum plus 6% pension and 5% bonus.
