Our company deals mainly with young professionals and student accommodation in London. Most of our clients are young European students and professionals in their 20s.
We are looking for a reliable individual to provide support to our property management team, overseeing a portfolio of 170 properties (about 800 rooms and 1000 tenants) in London.
You will be responsible for enforcing rules and terms regarding smoking, drug use, cleanliness, health and safety, unreported guests, unpaid fees and antisocial behavior within all properties.
You will be visiting properties, identifying breaches and reporting findings to the Company.
We are looking for someone with firm personality and good people skills, as eventually you will have to deal with tricky tenants. We are seeking for a problem solver.
Remuneration starts at £1500 per month + Bonuses + company vehicle and phone + 28 days paid leave per annum. If you feel that you have the qualities we require, please send your CV and include a picture if possible.
