Amorino’s vision is to become one of London’s leading food retailers and the leading Gelato destination. We sell many luxurious flavours including pistachio, hazelnut, chocolate, lime basil sorbet, citrus and cherry. To compliment our beautiful Gelato, we also sell waffles, crepes, coffee/ tea and milkshakes.Our goals are to:• Offer a world-class service and experience to all our customers• Maintain good operational standards within all stores• Be an employer of choice and attract talent The role will involveAs an Area Manager in our boutiques you will be in charge of a group of our boutiques, leading a team of Store Manager, Supervisors and Team Members. You will be responsible for the profitable operation of the boutiques, managing the stocks and the ordering, banking, training new team members and helping deliver exceptional customer service. You will work as part of a small management team, so a can do attitude, communication and team spirit are essential skills as well as customer focus, organised and multi-tasking. Please note, our stores close after midnight, and over the weekend Person specification You may be a current Area Manager or a Senior Store Manager ready for your next challenge!
