Awaiting Eyes Foundation is a U.K registered charity (No: 1117222) that helps orphan children overseas by providing them with basic necessities.
We are looking for enthusiastic ARCHITECT, Volunteer
The job will consist of:
• Budget
• Safety
• Building regulations
• Planning laws
• Producing a set of detailed technical plans, using computer aided design software including precise dimensions and materials
• Working closely with contractors, engineers, surveyors, lawyers and planning departments
• MANDATORY FUNDRAISING AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK
OFFICE WORKING TIME: 9AM TO 5PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
With your skills, you can be part of an amazing team. No previous experience is required as full training would be provided.
Please note this is a voluntary unpaid role.
Initial commitment of 3 days a week for the first two months, thereafter - 2 days a week (flexible).
In return, volunteers often gain experience of an office environment, and learn new skills or develop existing ones.
