Due to growth and expansion, we now have a rare and excellent opportunity for an Interior Designer / Architect to join the Design team.
We are looking for a student / recent graduate with some experience or looking to gain some experience for a design and build / developer.
This is perfect for someone looking to gain knowledge on Architectural Services such as building surveys, architectural design, 3D modelling, planning permissions, tender packages and building regulation drawings.
This role requires the following responsibilities:
To develop design drawings for hotel and residential on AutoCAD and Sketch Up.
To develop schematic construction documents for professional consultants and Contractors.
Ability to interact with field Team Members for projects under construction.
Some travel is required.
To be able to research and specify finishes and fixtures.
Ability to meet with strict deadlines
