We are looking for a special person to join our family and take over the role of nurturing and guiding an 8 and 9 year old in the hours after school. We are especially looking for someone with an upbeat temperament, a love of life and a zest for imparting the love of learning. Fluent English is essential.
There is some flexibility on hours and days for the right person. Additional hours are available during weekends and holidays or even early mornings should this be of interest.
Hours: approximately 4pm till 8pm
Days: Mon to Thursday and occasional Fridays
Job Description:
Collect children (girl 8 and boy.
9) From school and either bring home or take to activities.
Tasks to complete:
Homework 30 Mins to one hour needs overseeing and assistance given where necessary
Listening to Reading
Fun games and creative activities in spare time
Other info:
A driver would be very preferable but not essential.
Non smoker only
Another member of staff will take care of cooking for the children
Good checkable references essential
Would suit a creative person with an interest in child development or psychology, a retired teacher, PHD student or someone with an educational background.
Salary Dependent on experience.
