After-school nanny required in North London - 25 hours per week.

Driver preferred. Pay as follows:
For a driver = £13 per hour net (£325 per week)
For a non-driver £11 per hour net (£275 per week)
Standard benefits - usual holiday and pension etc.

We are a family of professional musicians, seeking an energetic and young-minded nanny to come and work in our house in Crouch End (N4), starting 1st August. Both parents work full-time, our two daughters (7 and.
4) Attend school nearby in Highgate. The basic hours are 2:30pm - 6:30pm Mon-Fri (that's 20 hours) with the remaining 5 hours to be used as babysitting when we choose (nanny will be notified of babysitting times for each month by 15th of prior calendar month). Nanny will never be required to Saturday /Sun.

As the school run is a major part of this job, we prefer candidates who can drive. Nanny can use their own car or ours, it is only a short drive. However if a fantastic applicant appears who cannot drive, we will consider employing them at the reduced rate of £11 per hour. The working environment is a lovely large Victorian house with great kitchen and garden. We also have a cleaner who will visit 11am - 2pm five days a week so the nanny will not be required to do any housekeeping, however tidy habits would be greatly appreciated! We will expect nanny to keep the girl's bedroom in good order, and pop their clothes into the laundry bins etc. We will provide meal plans, recipes and ingredients for their dinner - very simple stuff I promise!

We are located on Mount View Road, Crouch Hill (N44JR) 250m from Harringay Rail and easily accessible from Finsbury Park. We have a friendly old cat.
