We're looking for an after-school nanny to be with our two daughters, aged 11 and 9, for three sessions a week after school starting on 4 September. We live between Tooting Bec and Balham stations in South-West London, really near Tooting Common.

The hours are Tuesday 3.30-6.30pm; Wednesday 3.30 - 6.30pm; and Thursday 3.30 - 7pm during term time.
Ideally we would like someone who can also do one or two days a week or ad hoc hours in the school holidays.
The duties are to pick the girls up from school (either by car from East Dulwich, about 15-20 minutes from our house, or from the school coach which is 2 minutes from our house); supervise homework and music practice; cook and clear up supper; get bags ready for the next day; host playdates; taking to gymnastics club; and do day-to-day chores like emptying the dishwasher, laundry, tidying up, ironing, putting away shopping, doing occasional errands.

We live 5 minutes from Tooting Bec tube on the Northern Line and 7 minutes from Balham tube (Northern line) and railway station.
Ideally we are looking for a driver, either with their own car (we reimburse fuel costs) or happy to use ours.
The girls are really lovely and have a wide range of interests. Mum works as a counsellor locally and dad works in IT in central London. We're a warm, welcoming, busy family and really looking for someone who can be a back-up and help keep everything running smoothly! We'd like someone warm, friendly, reliable and organised, with lots of initiative to spot little things that might need doing.
