Extrastaff are a highly successful specialist supplier of temp driving and logistics personnel. Due to maternity leave we have an exciting opportunity for a full time administrator who is efficient, proactive and able to work within an extremely busy, but friendly office environment. You will be supporting and working alongside our team of consultants based in Ealing, Hanger Lane Main Responsibilities:* Act as the first point of contact for all recruitment enquiries* Setting up candidate registrations liaising with the candidates regarding correct documentation* Support the recruitment team in all administration including payroll, holiday requests and issues arising* Setting up new starters on the Human Resources and payroll system* Deal with all pre-employment checks including right to work and employment history* Advertise positions and personally pre-screen through CVs and shortlist suitable candidate applications Person Specification:* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook* IT literate with excellent verbal and written communication skills* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail* A professional and flexible attitude* Ideally experience of working in a busy office environment* Ability to work under pressure* Capable of using own initiative* Ability to work as part of a teamAs an Administrator, you will need to have excellent administrative and computer skills, along with a great work ethic and a 'can do' attitude. You should be highly organised and be able to prioritise your work load.
