This is an exciting opportunity for a customer services/ admin assistant to join our friendly, fun team and build a career in the haulage and training industry. The successful applicant will join our busy, hardworking admin department, responsible for the after sales service of all clients who book with us.
The role is permanent, with the possibility of taking on extra responsibilities after probation period, depending on performance.
The role will involve:
Dealing with all client queries via telephone, e-mail and online message system.
Dealing with customer bookings and training courses.
Confirming all new bookings made with relevant instructors.
Amendments to bookings.
Collecting final balance payments by debit and credit card.
Checking and filing supplier invoices.
The successful candidate can expect full training.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Customer Services experience
• Office/Administration experience
• Confident telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deal with demanding/ difficult customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail Good level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems)
• Conscientious, highly motivated, organised and calm under pressure
• Sociable and outgoing with a good sense of humour.
• Flexible and committed team player
experience in Logistics is preferred but not essential.
