JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Administrator / Administration Assistant also known in our organisation as an Executive Officer to join our newly created regional team to ensure that our funding responds to what matters to communities.
As the Administrator / Executive Officer / Administration Assistant you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring they can be effective and maximize time in communities.
Working as the Administrator / Executive Officer / Administration Assistant you will be responsible for supporting effective grant-making in a particular region and helping to ensure that our grant holders have an excellent experience of the Fund.
As the Administrator / Executive Officer / Administration Assistant you’ll be part of a team, led by a Head of Regional Funding and comprised of a number of Funding Managers and Funding Officers. You will report into the Head of Regional Funding and be based in the regional office.
You’ll support the team by taking responsibility for a range of activities including:
• Diary management for the Head of Regional Funding
• Organising and minuting regular team meetings
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Helping to organise internal and external events
• General administrative and facilities support
• You will work closely with Executive Officers in other regions to coordinate activity and to ensure a consistent quality of service across all regions
• You will be responsible for capturing information from our applicants and grant holders throughout the funding process and organising communications to ensure excellent customer service.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sensitivity
