Diamond are currently working with a number of top Tier companies who have a number of exciting commercial projects that require experienced Administrators in London.
The Role
* Provide mobile contract support for Building Services.
* Deal with day to day enquiries from team members and clients.
* Ensure all paperwork, timesheets, expenses, raising of purchase order numbers and holiday/sickness records are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
* Produce financial and statistical reports.
* Ensure all client files are accurately maintained.
* Processing and passing for payment all supplier and sub-contractor invoices.
* Day to day admin, including filing and photocopying
Requirements
* Previous experience in a contract support or administration role.
* Previous experience of Outlook, Work, Powerpoint and Excel.
* Must provide 2 up to date references of previous work completed.
* Previous experience/knowledge of Maximo preferred.
Personal Characteristics
* Good verbal communication and written english skills
* Able to work under pressure and make decisions when needed.
