Administration Wanted in London

Hours:  08.45 –18.00 (4 Days) and Saturday 9.00 – 16.00 (Sunday and day off during week)
London Property Guru are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and hard working assistant to join our busy admin /property management team.
The role is based in our riverside office in Wandsworth, but may require some flexibility with working occasionally from our South Wimbledon office.  If you enjoy a busy, lively environment, with a chance to learn and progress in the property field, this may be the ideal role for you.  Ideally candidates should live within a short distance to both our offices.
We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail, is confident and reliable.  On a daily basis you will be liasing to our Clients, Tenants and contractors. There is plenty of variety within this role so you will need to be very organised and progress files accurately, to tight deadlines.  The position will involve working with financial data, so you will also need to be comfortable in calculating, fees and rents.
Requirements :

Ideal to have at least 1 years previous property administration experience or general admin/organisational experience.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
Attention to detail and confident in working with Microsoft Office applications and other databases.
To live within a 3 mile radius of our offices or be able to commute to our office locations with ease.
Flexibility and assertiveness
A strong work ethic and self- motivation
A clean driving licence would be ideal, but not essential.
