FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITYAdmin Assistant - Novus Sales and Events Novus Sales and Events is the central sales team for all 43 venues within the Novus estate. The 3 rd Party Team are responsible for booking any 3 rd party events into our venues to maximize sales and profit.If you are keen on a career in events at an industry leading and fun company, this could be the role for you. You will be a core part of their exciting business, where you will be encouraged be a team player. Your duties will include the following:* 1 st point of contact for all incoming contact from clients* Implement and champion Novus best practice when using the CRM system* Ensure all data entered into the CRM system is accurate* Administer all information regarding contacts, companies, leads, enquiries, bookings, activities, contracts, function sheets and invoices using the CRM system* Assist with all admin tasks created by the Central Sales and Events team as required Key Skills Required:* Strong communication, numeracy, organisational and diary management skills* Strong organisational skills* Incredible attention to detail* Good understanding of all Microsoft Office products and the desire to learn new systems.* Proactive and flexible approach to workload* Team player who is also self-motivated The right candidate must show enthusiasm and a desire to grow within the businessIn Return you will receive:* Industry leading salary* Excellent bonus scheme* Access to an extensive training and development programme* Excellent progression opportunities* 50% food and drink discount in all Novus Leisure Venues Closing Date: 28 th July 2022
