We are looking for a part-time office administrator to help run our fun small business. The successful candidate will have some previous work experience, be it recently or if you are returning to the work place.
The post is part-time requiring around 4 hours work a day, on 4 or 5 days a week. So possibly a student, parent or someone who is already doing other part-time work would be best suited. Some flexibility is possible to accommodate other commitments.
The role would suit someone who has good attention to detail, strong organisation skills and is happy to work on repetitive tasks. It would be ideal if the candidate has an existing interested in wellbeing, sustainability and events, but this is not essential. Although this is an entry level job it is expected that the successful candidate will have some work experience and be proficient in office management duties.
The job will include everything from liaising with clients and organising event logistics to brainstorming future projects. This is a hands on role with many administrative, creative and practical elements involved.
Job responsibilities include:
Managing administration of client bookings.
Preparation of items for events
Cleaning equipment and stock management
Responding and managing e-mail enquiries
Helping with finance tasks
Liaise with event staff and our team of wellbeing experts.
Maintaining social media presence
Researching and developing future products and projects.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £10.20 per hour (London Living Wage)
Required education: Secondary education
Required experience: At least 1 year work experience in any role.

We provide fun, positive activities and workshops focused on health, wellbeing and sustainability for events in workplaces or exhibitions. We are most well-known for our smoothie blending bikes and electricity generating bikes which can power light displays, charge phones and race cars. We also have a team of wellbeing experts who deliver classes, workshops and talks on; Nutrition, Mindfulness, Yoga, Pilates, Ergolates, Self Defence and Massage. We work with a wide range of businesses and organisations, including Hilton, Johnson and Johnson, HSBC, BBC and various schools and universities across the country.
