ADMIN ASSISTANT REQUIRED
Admin assistant required for a fast growing dental milling company, to provide a range of administrative, office and secretarial support.
The candidate should be educated to A level standard or equivalent, have a minimum of 3 year’s experience in an office environment and be enthusiastic person, who is willing to work hard in order to develop their career through office administration and management.
3 month probation required, after then will go on a permanent contract.
This person must be able to work as part of a team and have a bright personality.
[Key responsibilities and details]
- Milling jobs in-out organising.
- Dental component stock in-out organising.
- Answer general telephone calls and email enquiries.
- Business document works.
- Placing and taking orders.
- Good communication skills in business writing and speech.
- Good understanding of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and competency in general software usage is required.
- Normal office hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm.
