This is a part time position for providing accounting, payroll and Human Resources admin support within the Civil Service Club.
Key Responsibilities:
• Previous experience in Human Resources and in a similar role in hospitality is desired
• Assisting with the training and recruiting
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• A friendly and warm personality and committed to retaining and developing people within the Team
• Supporting month-end financial close support including daily /weekly accounting activities such as AR and AP
• Process payroll
• Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Relevant Qualification
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of software like Sage and Jonas desired.
