Job Description
The Account Manager serves as our front line sales and customer service
contact for clients, is responsible and maintaining partnerships to generate
and increase business. Ensures orders are accurate, achieve 100% customer
satisfaction and substantially contribute to the company's sales volume
* Act as a primary customer resource for calls and e-mails by handling
enquiries efficiently and provide expertise on customer's purchase.
* Achieve target goal given on a monthly basis.
* Actively pursue existing and new leads in a timely manner
* Manage sales leads by updating customer's information on database
* Facilitate in product selection, generate quote, placement of order and
interact with suppliers to verify order information
* Oversee order processing until delivery and give necessary update to
clients with regards to the status of their orders. (E.g. Production,
delivery, credit etc)
* In-charge of prospecting and maintaining key relationship with clients to
ensure maximum exposure and increased business revenue.
* Ensure 100% customer satisfaction from the first contact to providing
after-sales support.
* Minimum full 2 years account management / sales experience
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface with
senior level professionals.
* Highly proficient with MS Office software.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem solving
* Flexible and able to react to frequently changing demands and deadlines.
