premier short let accommodation provider in London, and We are looking to recruit
property manager to join the team at our office in heart of Bethnal Green.
Property Manager daily responsibilities
1. Collecting information’s about all repairs, issues, customers requests from all properties and updating + arranging + assigning 3 Handymans.
Monitoring daily activities of handyman’s team, finding fastest solution.
2. Updating landlord’s , estate agents and other contracts
with any repair/ issues status.
3. Updating Admin/Accounting department assistant with deductions that occur
from repairs , ordering goods to properties.
4. Upgrading , setting up brand new internet contracts for properties.
5. Setting up and finding more attractive supply companies (gas, water, electricity).
6. Organising property bills.
7. Monitoring and managing new properties that company
8. Daily report to Managers.
9. Ordering smart meters , organising/ordering furnitures
10. Dealing with all council enquiries , licensing, property inspections.
11. Arranging quotes for larger works and contacting landlords for authorisation
12. Arranging planned maintenance/clean/furniture for new instructions.
13. Arranging new keys for properties.
The successful candidate will be:
- with experience within real estate , hotel or customer service
- driving licence is a must for this position
- positive attitude
- organising daily responsibilities many times under pressure
- very good team work skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- IT skills - Microsoft office , Fast typing
We are offering this permanent position immediately ideally someone to start within next 2 weeks , company offer 28 days paid holidays including bank holidays.
You will also receive company car with petrol allowance do drive around properties
and back to your home. Fully insured car , all repairs/maintenance are paid by company.
You will receive small bonus for your telephone bills.
Salary will start between £ 7.5-8.5 ( £ 16.000-18.000 per year (
depends on experience
You will receive big commission after 3/6 months probation.
After that period your salary will increase 25%.
Commission gradually will increase after 3/6/9 months.
Commission various between £ 600-1200 per months.
