We are a Fun Virtual Estate Agency looking for for individuals to join our remote team.
Ideal location of applicant
Lambeth/Bromley/Merton/Croydon as this is where most of our properties are located.
If not we need to be confident that your location wont be too restrictive for us.
Lettings Day Assistant-Day candidate will be available 3 weekdays a week for at least 3 hours and commit to their availability a month in advance.The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be a team player, punctual, committed. Organised and a driver.
Responsibilities

Maintaining our Key collection point
Organising our dressing items
Maintenance inspections
Pick up deliveries and drop items
Inspections
Check out inspections
Viewings
Light cleaning if needed
Basic Maintenance
Light Clearance

Evening Candidates
Must be available 3 Evenings a week 7-9pm or 2 Evenings 7-9pm and one weekend 12-2pm.
Responsibilities

Key Collection and Drop
Room Dressing of rooms plus pick up and drop off.
Check in and Check out Tenants
Conduct viewings
Inspections
Negotiation
Support referencing staff
Meter readings
