Journalism and writing jobs for a premium whisky brand. £800 per week
We are looking to hire interns who will be involved in providing content for our lifestyle journal associated with a premium whisky brand. The brand is an ultra premium whisky whose collectable bottles can be found in international auction houses such as Christie’s, and Bonhams
There are several different lifestyle topic areas that you can choose to write about including:
Travel
Food
Fashion
Film
Sport
Music
You will only write about fields that you enjoy and are interested in yourself.
The expenses allowance is £800 per week.
The internship can last up to three months with a minimum commitment of a week. There may be an opportunity for further employment at a latter stage.
The brand is currently going through a major relaunch to increase brand recognition especially Japan, China and South Korea.
The lifestyle journal will be central to this rebrand as will sponsorship deals and celebrity endorsements.
Some roles may require you to be sent to certain locations (maybe for a few days abroad) but generally speaking most writing can be done remotely, so you can often work from home.
The roles start with immediate effect and recruitment is ongoing.
Stage 1:

Stage 2:
If your CV is deemed to be good for the role, then you will be asked a few short questions relating to the field that you are interested in.
If you are working remotely we are only interested in your writing ability so there will be no need for a formal interview. An interview will only be required if you are working in an office capacity since we need to know that you will be compatible with the office environment.
Please note that in certain roles there may also be a security check conducted since you may be dealing with high profile people, working with highly confidential information or have access to extremely high value whisky collections.
