Working in Creative Agencies

The Future Factory is a growth consultancy to the creative industries; we help creative agencies get new clients and grow.
We are a team of around 30 who work with PR, digital, marketing and design agencies to develop their offering and to connect them with the brands they love. It takes a bit of getting your head around but have a read, it is worth it!
So, what does the job actually entail.
-Developing a deep understanding of marketing and the way brands reach out to their consumers
-Working with a number of different marketing and creative agencies - as an Account Manager, you will look after 2 agencies, client management is a big aspect of the role.
-As well as working in our London Bridge office, you will work 3 days a month in each client's office so you get to spend time with their team too
-Contacting brands on behalf of these agencies you are representing
-Developing your own style and approach on the phone and via email as these are the tools of the trade
-Learning sales techniques to help you arrange top quality meetings for your agencies
-Support agencies with their sales and marketing activity
-Client servicing skills
The learning curve is steep, but if you want to gain an invaluable understanding and have access to this very competitive industry, whilst working with a creative and ambitious team, then this is a fantastic opportunity. experience working in sales can be valuable, however, we are not fans of the stereotype! We take pride in using personality, uniqueness and a more human approach, instead. You need to have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, as a large amount of your work will be over email and telephone.
Successful candidates get continual training from industry leading programs and support from senior members of the team, to make sure everything is on track.

Starting salary - £20-£23k (depending on experience) plus bonuses of up to 3k
