You will become part of a small/medium size family run building company. You will need minimum of 5 years experience as a working Builder's Foreman running home extension / conversions jobs to be delivered on time and with quality workmanship. You need to lead by example and keep a quality check on all works, so you will be required to demonstrate the necessary understanding of the following trades: Site Carpentry / Brickwork / Plumbing / Electrical Installation.
The successful applicant will be knowledgeable Honest personable and a good site colleague, conscious of site safety and must have good fluent spoken and written English, preferably with a full Driving Licence.
