Working Foreman Required Urgently
Pay Rate: £140 - £150 per day
Hours: Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700 - Opportunity to work overtime
Start Date: Immediate

W11 Construction Ltd are renowned for there innovative architecture and stunning interiors. Our building projects have become some of London’s finest addresses.
Role / Duties:
The Working Foreman will play a crucial role within our business and some of the duties they will carryout is as follows but not limited to:
• Placing of pad stones,
• Timber floor construction, timber roof and Dormer construction
• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
• Finishing
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry (ideally)
• CSCS Card
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Lead Carpenter and long standing overall experience in the carpentry field.
• Previous experience as a Working Foreman
• Previous experience in working on high end residential projects
• experience with roof construction, floor joist (essential)
• experience on working with Velux roof windows
• Good communication skills – both written and spoken (essential)
