We are looking for a working foreman for an Immediate start for a project in Queens Park West London. We specialise in mid - high end residential refurbishment and the candidate must have the following:
Working Foreman
10 Years minimum carpentry experience in mid to high end residential fit outs, Must have experience in construction of extensions, Loft conversions, Steelwork, roofs, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry etc. Must be adept in managing sub contractors, Must have good knowledge of electrical and plumbing so they can manage correctly, Must take great pride in their work as we have exceptionally high standards in my work and I do not cut any corners, Must speak good english, Must be a good people person and be able to deal with clients/architects/designers high demands, Must be used to working to tight deadlines, Must have own tools and be willing to work once organisation of the site is complete, Must be Health and Safety aware, Hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Saturday 8am - 3pm (Saturday Optional), Must have own vehicle to be able to get to and from the job and collect the odd material order, Great Rates of pay negotiable depending on experience and quality of work.
