The company is an online quartely magazine looking for a social media and design associate to assist with social media and designs extras and some admin support
The associate will work on artwork and social media campaigns for advertisers and follow up on required information
This role is an opportunity to join a small team working on an excitingly product.
Duties include
Admin support
Social media support for clients
Design of artwork and follow up
Uploading magazine on online portals
Increasing magazine visibility on online portals
We are looking for someone who is-
A good communicator
Extremely organised and can multi-task
Can Prioritise workload and deal with deadlines in a considered manner
A great team player and who can work both with others and alone
Good at dealing with clients (customer service)
Eager to learn and confident is offering new ideas
Confident in dealing with clients
Requirements
experience in design
experience in social media
Portfolio which demonstrates layout/InDesign skills
knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
experience in using Microsoft office
Excellent grammar and writing skills
Fluent in English
