We are currently sourcing for Work from Home agents to work on behalf of a travel exchange programme, we are looking ideally for customer sales agents who have experience within the travel industry maybe as a travel agent, a travel rep abroad or in a contact centre role for a travel provider. You will be available to service mostly in the afternoons and evenings and have a strong interest in travel and an ability to present the very best option to a potential customer.
Alternatively, you may be looking to handle customer enquiry calls on behalf of NPOWER. You will have a strong background in customer service either in a face to face role or on the phone, can demonstrate how you can problem solve complex queries often involving billing queries and handle customer complaints in a professional manner providing a one call resolution where possible.
The roles are self-employed and offer the flexibility to choose your own hours, clients and days of work. You need to have your own dedicated work space, wired Internet and PC to work from. Working from home you need to be self-motivated, honest and reliable.
