We are looking for a reliable NIGHT RECEPTIONIST in the most popular hostel in London
About you:
• You need to be an EU citizen or have an EU working permit and already based in London!
• You absolutely need to be able to handle any sort of situation in English
• A passion for guest service from Backpackers for Backpackers
• Excellent communication skills
• Open, social caring and straightforward character with good stress handling
• working hours would be either 11pm to 7am or midnight to 8am - so you'd need to be a night owl.
• Confident cash handling
Your tasks:
• be a great host and offer our guests the best customer service
• Check-in/ Check-out for individual travellers and groups
• provide sightseeing information and insider tips
What we offer:
