Temp Wok chef required for a casual dining restaurant in London for the next 4-6 weeks. Cooking using a wok, you will cook a range of quick easy to cook Thai dishes. Paid hourly, this is a temp chef position. Training is given if you are a chef but not worked with Wok's much.
The role:
we are looking for a Wok chef who can use a wok, good techniques in cooking with the wok. You will cook a simple menu, all the sauces are all made for you, you just need to cook to order and some basic prep.
experience:
we are looking for a wok chef or a chef de partie who wants to learn how to use a wok.
Chef de partie / wok chef
paid hourly
£11.50 per hour 1st 2 weeks if you are a chef and not used a wok before to a Thai cooking standard
£12 per hour for Wok chefs and after 2 weeks training
