Wok Chef – Unique Pan Asian Restaurant - £26,000
Our client is a distinctive Pan Asian restaurant which is offering up to £26,000 for a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen of highly experienced Chefs. The oriental fusion menu that this restaurant has developed has influences of Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean and other cuisines. This restaurant is part of a highly regarded group, with international restaurants as well as a solid base in the UK. The chefs in this kitchen work 45 hours per week with overtime paid by the shift.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion or interest in Pan Asian cuisine, to gain the training from highly skilled chefs with extensive experience within the area. The candidate must have experience working as a Wok Chef in a similar restaurant environment.
The ideal candidate will have:

A passion for cooking with the finest fresh ingredients.
A professional and hard-working attitude.
Wok Chef experience.
Being able to run a section confidently and efficiently in a restaurant which can range from 100-300 covers.
Confidence in presenting ideas to the Head Chef.
Confident in maintaining stock control and waste management.
Good level of spoken English.
