We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Wine Waiters or Waitresses for HUMBLE GRAPE’s award-winning wine bar in Battersea.
THE COMPANY
We directly import over 400 craft wines from around the world and we’re on a mission to make great wine socially inclusive and approachable to everyone.
We know all our winemakers personally and love to share the stories behind our wines. We value our staff immensely and have a wonderful team of motivated and passionate wine lovers.
THE ROLE
The role will be hands-on in a buzzy neighbourhood wine bar/restaurant, so you’ll need:
* A commitment to delivering a fantastic wine experience as well as an incredible and seamless service.
* A fun demeanour and a true passion for sharing the love of wine.
* The skills and character to work in a pressured environment during busy periods and provide our regulars and new faces with a top-quality service.
THE REQUIREMENTS
* experience within a busy neighbourhood restaurant or bar.
* A passion for service excellence.
* Love and knowledge of wine.
* WSET qualifications or equivalent.
* Good host with excellent communication skills, a good command of English, who treats customers and colleagues with respect and good humour.
* Excellent grooming and presentation.
* The right to work in the United Kingdom.
