Job Specification:
We are looking for Head Sommeliers for assisting in upholding the high standards of our wine listing and insuring our guests get the best possible guidance during their dining experience.

- Committed and Enthusiastic
- Pride yourself on your immaculate grooming
- Report directly to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager.
- 2 years experience in a Sommelier position.
You will be comfortable among high profile guests, be meticulous in your duties and have an excellent command of English with a passion for delighting our guests.
