An opportunity to join the commercial maintenance team  with a UK presence who currently manufacture and install UPVC windows and doors to the public sector and housing authorities. They are looking to recruit an experienced Windows and Doors maintenance person to join their Quality and Technical team to cover the London areas' service delivery needs.  The role will include:
Rectifying product and installation related faults Using Company PDA to input diagnostic codes Maintaining accurate records of all reports and debriefs to ensure customer service is maintained at the highest standard Demonstrating good knowledge of UPVC products.
You will need the following:
Previous experience or knowledge of fitting/fixing windows and door faults or similar construction skills Good IT knowledge with excellent numeracy and literacy skills Excellent communication skills with polite and courteous customer service experience Confidence to work independently and on own initiative.
Further Particulars:
Travel will be required throughout the region therefore you will need a full UK driving license.
