We are now looking for a new member of the management team here at Wheatsheaf HQ!
We want an assistant manager who is looking for the opportunity to show what they are made of. To work within, and be a driving force for a creative and dynamic team who believe that service excellence within the hospitality industry has no limits.
This position would be perfect for an experienced assistant manager who can::
• Take responsibility for the day to day running of the business in the absence of the General Manager, Inc weekends and evenings
• To ensure all operations are in line with company standards; Health, Safety and Legislative compliance.
• To support the Manager in delivering and improving the highest standards of customer service.
• Work and support all members of management to encourage and inspire the team to give their best.
• Deliver a high impact work ethic for others to follow
• Have the confidence to lead a large and diverse team
• Handle pressure like an absolute kingpin
• Most importantly, a love of what they do and the ability to have fun every single day
