We are a well established West London based gardening and landscaping company and we are looking to hire two new members to join our small and busy team.
The ideal candidates will need to be self-motivated with good horticultural and landscaping knowledge, have a ‘hands on’ approach and be a good team player.
Salary will depend on experience.
The roles are:
1) Landscaping Team Leader
You will need to have:
- Knowledge of landscaping skills such as paving, fencing, turfing, artificial grass, basic brick laying and managing a project from start to finish.
- Understanding of dealing with clients and ordering materials.
- A full clean driving licence (must be over 25 years old purely for insurance purposes).
- Efficient time management and be highly organised.
- Good interpersonal/communication skills.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Fluent command of the English language.
2) Landscaping Assistant/Gardener
You will need to have:
- Past gardening experience as well as some knowledge of paving, fencing, turfing, artificial grass, basic brick laying.
- The flexibility and knowledge to move between the gardening team and the landscaping team, as the business requires.
- Efficient time management and be highly organised.
- A full clean driving licence (must be over 25 years old purely for insurance purposes).
- Good interpersonal/communication skills.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety.
