We are a contemporary Italian kitchen in the West End specialising in small plates and pizza from every Italian region. Our food is forward-looking and the atmosphere casual. Our customers include business lunches, theatre crowd, cool Soho types etc. We are a small business, and wish our staff to feel like they are part of our family!
We are looking for a full time chef de partie or section chef, preferably with experience in a similar environment (but it isnt essential). Knowledge of Italian food or culture is not important as staff training and development is important with us!
