Job Description / Main Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting clients - You will be the first point of contact to our clients both on the telephone and in person, so a friendly, smart and confident appearance is essential! Along with a clear and confident telephone manner.
Assisting the Negotiators and Director - Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail are a must as part of the role will involve proof-reading documents (Tenancy Agreements), producing reports and planning the office diary, liaising with contractors and monitoring keys to the properties.
Knowledge of Various Computer Programs - You will be responsible for preparing various reports, letters, advertisements, mail outs, general typing and some data entry, so a good understanding of Microsoft Windows / Excel / Mail Merge are vital.
General Office Duties - These include: Web based maintenance such as keeping the company’s website and various portals are kept up to date, Monitoring office stationary, photocopying, printing and filing.
Messila Residential is a Lettings and Sales Office Based in St John’s Wood, North West London.
The required hours of work are:- 9:00-am-6pm Monday – Friday.
The work is almost entirely office-based, with occasional errands outside the office.
Salary will be based upon current knowledge and experience starting at £18,000 per annum.
