The right Candidate will need to have the following:
•Excellent telephone manner
•Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English
•Excellent customer service skills
•Pro-active, motivated, positive individual
•Professionally presented
•Team Player as well as able to work on own initiative
•Full UK driving licence and own car
• Ideally good local knowledge
Responsibilities will include:
•Canvassing for properties
• Match properties to Prospective tenants on data base
•Negotiating deals
•Arranging/accompanying viewings
•Liaise with landlords and tenants
•Handling calls and email enquiries
•Developing client relationships.
