Together is a charity fundraising agency based in Clapham Common. Our fundraisers work in shopping centres and train stations around the country securing direct debit support for a range of different charities.
ROLE
We are currently looking for friendly, articulate people to work from our Clapham Common office.
As part of our calling team you will be to working from calling Scripts and having brief conversations with donors in order to confirm details, ensure supporters are happy with their long-term commitment, establish that they had a good experience with fundraisers and record notable feedback. You will not be cold calling or asking for money, these are supporters who have already committed to giving.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
For this position you will need to:
• Have a clear, warm, professional telephone manner
• Be friendly and able to engage with supporters
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be punctual and reliable
• Be able to commit to 9-11 hours per week across 3 shifts (2 evenings and Saturday).
• Basic knowledge of excel is helpful but not essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcoming new donors to a range of charities
• Confirming and recording donor details
• Working to Scripts and guidance notes accurately
• Recording feedback and utilizing spread sheets accurately
• Being consistent and professional in all conversations
• Achieving calling targets
HOURS
Regular shifts are available Monday to Friday 17:30/18.00 -20:00 and on Saturday from 11:00 – 16:00/17:00.
There is some flexibility in terms of the days and hours of weekday shifts but you must also be able to work 2 weekday evening shifts and Saturdays.
LOCATION
Clapham Common (A two minute walk from the tube station)
PAY
You will be paid on a weekly basis at £9.00 per hour.
