Together is a charity fundraising agency based in Clapham Common. We are currently looking for friendly, articulate people to welcome new donors to a range of different charities. You will not be cold calling or asking for money, these are supporters who have already committed to giving.
For this position you will need to be able to engage with people and have a clear, warm, professional telephone manner. The charities we are currently working with are: Cancer Research UK, Unicef UK and WWF UK.
Working as part of our calling team you will be fully trained in both speaking to donors and noting donor feedback in a basic excel spreadsheet. You will be to working from a simple script and will be having a brief conversation to confirm donor details, ensure that donors are happy with their long-term commitment and establish that they had a good experience speaking to the fundraiser.
Basic knowledge of excel is helpful but not essential.
NO COLD CALLING OR SALES INVOLVED
You will only be talking to people who have already signed up to donate.

CONVENIENT HOURS
Regular shifts are available Monday to Friday 17.30/18.00 -20:00 and on Saturday from 11.00 – 16.00/17.00.
There is some flexibility in terms of the days and hours of mid-week shifts but you must also be able to work on Saturdays.
You will need to be able to commit to 9-11 hours per week across 3 shifts.
LOCATION
Clapham Common (A two minute walk from the tube station)
PAY
You will be paid on a weekly basis at £9.50 per hour.
