Are you looking for a diverse customer facing role? Do you have an interest in Property? We have an exciting new work experience position in an independent Estate Agency in Kensington. You will be responsible for welcoming and greeting clients in to the office and to assist with promoting the brand through advertising and marketing. This role is for 4 weeks and will provide on the job skills and experience as well as a first look into the world of property. This is your chance to put something on your C.V. As Reception and Marketing Co-coordinator your basic duties will include:
• Ensure all prospective landlords, tenants, existing landlords and tenants are well received on the telephone and in the office.
• To greet clients and customers that walk in to the office and ask them to sit in the waiting area to be seen by the correct member of staff.
• Deal with all tenant enquires.
• To create property window cards for office display.
• To understand when a client/ customer will be in the office for a considerable amount of time and offer them refreshments when waiting.
• To ensure that the presentation of the reception area is immaculate at all times.
• To deal with contractors that visit the office and sign out keys with a signing out register.
• To check key register at the end of each day to ensure that all keys have been returned.
• To check websites and property listings for grammar errors and correct them.
• To assist the Manager and Director.
• To support the office with telephone calls as and when necessary.
• Filing/scanning
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management.
• To maintain the company website, Facebook and any other sites with up to date news.
This is an open plan office with customer facing stations so the ideal candidate will be presentable and feel confident working in this type of environment. Your working hours will be 09.00 to 18.00 with an hour lunch Monday to Friday. Situated next to a train station with good transport links by train and bus.
This is an unpaid position but travel and lunch will be paid for.
