Part time weekend cover: Sous Chef!
The Swan, Shakespeare's Globe is looking for a Sous Chef to support our team at the renowned Globe Theatre on weekends.
We offer a great hourly rate, flexibility with hours and a very friendly team!
Swan produces a broad spectrum of modern British cuisine, including a la Carte, Pre-Theatre and breakfast.
We are searching for an individual who:

Will help to run the pass
Has experience of working in a busy environment.
Is cool, calm and collected under pressure.
Understands basic HACCP principles
Has a level two food hygiene certificate or higher.
