We are currently recruiting for a part time/weekend Receptionist for our stunning car showroom in South West London. 1 or 2 days a week – can be flexible for the right candidate however one of the days has to be Saturday/Sunday.
You will be providing a high-quality front of house service and your main responsibilities will include answering incoming calls and transferring to the relevant extensions, greeting visitors with a friendly and helpful attitude and acting as first point of contact for staff, clients and customers.
Job Role and Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for all customers visiting the dealership, meet and greet them in a friendly and welcoming manner. Ascertain the purpose of the visit and offer assistance.
Be the first point of contact for all telephone customers, answer all incoming calls promptly, in a professional manner and transfer calls accordingly.
Take messages correctly and pass onto correct team member.
Distribute incoming post and manage outgoing post.
Ensure the reception area is kept clean, tidy and fully operational.
Processing invoices
Carry out any administrative work requested by team members or managers.
Ensure the customer lounge area is kept clean and tidy.
Offer refreshments to all customers
Core Skills and experience required
Have excellent customer service skills and be able to converse and interact with customers and colleagues.
Excellent written and verbal English
Professional telephone manner
Very well presented, confident and professional.
Attention to detail, punctual, possess high standards of work ethic.
IT Literate
