£11 To £12 per hour + holiday pay

Home Instead Senior Care is an award winning care provider specialising in providing consistent, bespoke, quality Home Care service to private clients in their own homes. From a minimum two hours visit, up to 24 hours 7 days a week we provide a full care service that enables client/carer relationship to be central to the support we provide.

Home Instead Senior Care is now hiring a Weekend On-Call Manager to join the team.
The On-Call service is a crucial aspect of the service provided as it enables clients and caregivers to reach someone from the Company and receive assistance whenever the office is closed.
We focus on personal development and the successful applicants will be able to take advantage of the training and career development that we offer and therefore maximize his or her potential. The successful applicants will receive a full induction and ongoing training.
Duties include:

Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner.
Take messages and relay to appropriate staff as necessary.
Resolve emergency situations adequately.
Covering calls when caregivers call off sick or are not able to work.
Document phone calls in a report.

Ability to listen and sound judgement
Are comfortable working with smart phone devices.

The successful candidate/s will be on call every three weeks from Monday to Sunday. When not on-call you will be supporting some regular clients.
Preference for applicants living in or close to the central London area.
