We are currently recruiting for a Part Time/Weekend Night Chef to work in a prestigious 5* Award Winning Boutique Hotel. The role requires working hours of 10pm to 8am, Saturday and Sunday in an ongoing capacity.
The night chef will be responsible for ensuring appropriate levels of mise en place as per a list set out by the full-time night chef and day time chefs. The chef will also cater for room service menu throughout the night for the Hotel guests. This role requires someone who is responsible and organised, ensuring that all mise en place is labelled and stored correctly.
This job opportunity is ideal for someone who has other commitments throughout the week. The pay rate can be up to £12 for the right candidate and can lead to further opportunities throughout the hotel.
